The meditated settlement TSL-94627-18 is cancelled and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $14,315.96 plus rent as it becomes due. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the entire balance becomes due and payable, and the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement signed by the parties on January 17, 2020 with respect to application TSL-94627-18.
