The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of July 10, 2020. The Unauthorized Occupant must move out by December 19, 2022, or face eviction. The Unauthorized Occupant must pay the Landlord $49.05 per day for use of the unit from July 10, 2020 until move-out, as well as the $201 application fee.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant and Unauthorized Occupant due to the Tenant transferring occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant in a manner not authorized by the Residential Tenancies Act.
Tenant testified she hasn't slept in unit for over a year and 'comes and goes'.
