Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy because Tenant abandoned the unit. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.
The Tenant was in arrears when the application was filed. The Landlord made numerous attempts to contact the Tenant, but to no avail. Based on the evidence, the Tenant has abandoned the rental unit.

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 20, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
