The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $164.43, which represents the arrears of rent, NSF charges, and costs outstanding for the period ending January 31, 2020, less the last month's rent deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 19, 2020, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
