Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The majority of the rent arrears being claimed were for a $75 monthly parking charge that the Landlord attempted to impose after the Tenant had been parking without charge for over 6 years.
Tenant has parked her vehicle at the residential complex without ever being charged a fee by the Landlord until the Landlord sent her a letter in the Summer 2020.
