The parties reached an agreement during mediation. The Tenant shall pay $10,206.00 in rent arrears and costs, with a payment schedule of $50 per month starting August 5, 2023 until the arrears are paid in full. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by July 31, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order for eviction.
