The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $19,286 by May 31, 2023 or $21,736 by June 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate by June 30, 2023 and pay the Landlords $15,053.39 plus daily compensation of $80.55 from May 10, 2023 until move-out.
