Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
Tenant testified that he currently does not have any income and is looking for employment. He stated that should he be evicted he would need two months to find housing.
Tenant was not permitted to raise issues under section 82 of the Act as he did not provide proper disclosure.
