The tenancy is terminated effective March 11, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $18,887.47 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $36.40 per day in compensation starting March 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 11, 2024, interest will accrue at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
