The tenancy is terminated effective July 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,125.37, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 16, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
