Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by order TEL-07544-19 issued on February 11, 2020. The Tenants requested a review of the order and a stay of the order, which was granted on March 13, 2020. However, since the Tenants did not appear at the hearing to support their application, the request for review is considered abandoned.
The Landlord's Legal Representative stated that they had reached a payment agreement with the Tenants and expected the Tenants to call into the hearing. In any event, the Landlord plans to honour the agreement.
