Tenancy End Date

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the unit by November 7, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,260.74 in rent arrears and other charges, as well as $54.25 per day in compensation for use of the unit from November 1, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 7, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
Landlord's representative submitted they went to the unit to address any issues but were refused entry.
Tenants claimed there were maintenance issues the Landlord had not addressed.
Tenants decided to withhold rent due to maintenance issues, which were not found to be serious.
