The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,679.66 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $52.60 per day starting January 25, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay $186 for the application filing fee.
