The tenancy will be terminated on October 27, 2023 unless the tenant pays $11,514.35 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenant does not pay the full amount, the tenant must move out by October 27, 2023 and pay $4,801.49 to the landlord, plus daily compensation of $33.25 per day starting April 12, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
