The parties consented to an order setting aside the previous order and requiring the Tenant to pay rent in full and on time from November 2020 to October 2021. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 13, 2019 with respect to application SOL-06036-19. The parties consented to an order setting aside the previous order and requiring the Tenant to pay rent in full and on time from November 2020 to October 2021.
