The Tenant shall bring the rental unit to a reasonable state of cleanliness and free from excess clutter on or before May 15, 2021. The Tenant shall maintain the rental unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness and free from clutter commencing May 15, 2021 for 12 months. The Tenant shall allow the Landlord to conduct bi-monthly inspections to confirm compliance with the order. If the Tenant fails to comply with any of the terms of this order the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the Board pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on December 9, 2020 with respect to application SWL-39409-19.
