The tenancy is terminated effective July 4, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date. The amount of the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes the Tenants exceeds the arrears and compensation the Landlord is entitled to by $507.55. The Landlord is authorized to offset $36.12 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 24, 2021 until the Tenants move out, and $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by July 4, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenants can void the order by paying $1,098.80 by June 30, 2021 or $2,197.36 by July 4, 2021.
