The tenancy is terminated effective April 6, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,063.65 in rent arrears and application fees, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $95.34 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting March 27, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
