The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $15,672.63, which includes rent arrears, application filing fee, and compensation for use of the unit, minus the rent deposit, interest on the deposit, and rent abatement. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 30, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
