Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant did not dispute that she had not paid rent since October 2018, but disputed the amount of rent arrears. The Tenant claimed there was a prior payment plan with the Landlord, but the Landlord testified that the payment plan was proposed but never issued by the Board.
Landlord rejected Tenant's proposed 28.5 month payment plan as unreasonable, and offered a 12 month repayment plan.
