The tenancy is terminated effective November 20, 2021 unless the Tenants pay $24,426.00 to the Landlord or to the Board in trust by that date. If the Tenants do not make this payment, they must move out by November 20, 2021 and the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
