The tenancy is terminated as of July 31, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,093.50, which represents the rent arrears up to July 31, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 16, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
