The tenancy is terminated effective July 10, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,534 for the cost of repairing the damages, as well as $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 10, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
