The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $23,728.74 to void the order by November 13, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $2,001.21 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by November 13, 2022. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $59.54 from June 22, 2022 until the move-out date.
