The parties reached a consent order. The Tenant must pay $16,381.00 for rent arrears and costs by May 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay, the full amount becomes due with 7% annual interest. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by April 15, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by April 16, 2024, the Landlord may file the order for eviction.
