The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,195.98 by August 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by August 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $2,106.12 plus daily compensation. The Tenant is entitled to a rent abatement of $5,909.98 and $450 for the cost of replacing the door.
