The parties agreed that the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,201.00 in full settlement of the arrears and fees owing by April 12, 2022. If the amount is not paid in full and on time, interest will start to accrue starting April 13, 2022, calculated at 2% per annum on the outstanding balance.
