Tenancy End Date
Aug 2021
The tenancy is terminated effective August 23, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the amount owing by August 23, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their daughter and her fiancé.
Landlords require possession of the rental unit for their daughter and her fiancé to move in. Landlords have 9 children, 4 of whom still live at home.
Tenants believed they had a 5-year lease agreement with the Landlords and are confused by the N12 notice.
Tenants have lived in the rental unit since 1997 and do not want to move out. Tenant is 60 years old and worries about losing his job if he has to move outside of the 30km radius required by his employer.
