Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord requiring possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation, the Tenants being persistently late in paying their rent, and the Tenants or someone they permitted substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant or wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises. The Landlords also applied for an order requiring the Tenants to compensate the Landlords for the damage.
