The tenancy is terminated effective November 23, 2022. The tenant shall pay the landlord $8,613.24 by February 19, 2023, after which interest will accrue on any unpaid balance. The landlord shall maintain the tenant's belongings in the rental unit and allow the tenant reasonable access to retrieve them until February 18, 2023.
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to non-payment of rent. The application was resolved by an order issued on October 6, 2022. The tenant requested an extension of time to file a request to review the order, which was denied. The tenant then filed a request to review the denial, which was granted, and the original order was cancelled and replaced with a consent order.
