To allow the Tenant and his family to move after the end of the school year and have additional time to find alternative accommodation
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant gave notice to terminate the tenancy, but then did not move out by the termination date.
Tenant argued that his spouse and daughter should also be considered tenants, but did not provide any evidence to support this.
Tenant signed N9 and N11 notices to terminate tenancy, but then decided not to move out by the termination date.
