The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of September 7, 2021, the date the Tenant's employment ended. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before January 23, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant, who was employed as a superintendent, because the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.
