Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,721.20 by April 30, 2024 or $3,256.40 by May 15, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 15, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $50.47 per day for compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit starting April 9, 2024.
