The previous order terminating the tenancy was cancelled. The tenancy was reinstated as of December 17, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,842.57 in arrears and costs by July 21, 2022, and to pay the monthly rent on the first of each month from January to July 2022. If the Tenant fails to make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
