The Tenant breached the previous order by failing to make required rent payments. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by June 23, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,480.77 plus $55.87 per day starting May 31, 2024 until the Tenant moves out. The Landlord is entitled to file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement if the unit is not vacated by June 23, 2024.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in the previous order issued by the Board on December 8, 2023. The Tenant failed to pay the lawful monthly rent in full on or before April 1, 2024 and also failed to pay $766.80 towards the rent arrears on April 15, 2024 as required by the previous order.
