Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,123.10 by April 30, 2024 or $4,681.75 by May 15, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $98.35 and compensation of $51.24 per day starting April 3, 2024 until they vacate the unit.
